Hallie's school sponsored an anti bullying poster contest. Ms. Lambert required all GEMS members to participate; Hallie ended up being so glad she did! We headed to Dollar General for poster and supplies and right above the poster board were different color "little people" cut outs and her idea was born.
The school sent a letter home that she had placed in the finals and parents were invited to the presentation. Three finalist were chosen from each grade and Hallie won first for 5th grade but she was most excited about her 35$ gift card that we had to spend that day of course!!
India and Hallie were finalist from their grade, the 3rd winner was absent that day. Isn't India cute as a button!
Police officers were sponsors/judges and Officer Caldwell posed with each winner.
